Jinx

Jinx once shared a feeding station with Tom, a fellow feral with whom she had a complicated love-hate relationship. While they tolerated each other’s presence, Tom often bullied Jinx, forcing her to find clever ways to eat in peace — including hopping into the boot of the car just to get a moment of quiet mealtime. Once incredibly skittish and wary of people, Jinx slowly revealed her soft, loving side to those patient enough to earn her trust. She adored tender moments and thrived on gentle TLC, always just needing a safe space to be herself.

On the 8th of February 2025, Jinx was taken to the vet for treatment after developing an abscess. While she was in recovery, fate stepped in. A loving forever home opened up, and Jinx was adopted just days later. She now lives the good life in Simons Town — no more boots or bullying, just warmth, safety, and all the love she deserves.
